BIPOC AFFINITY
SPACES

Support. Retain. Empower.

A healing-centered approach to supporting BIPOC educators and staff.

Village Resiliency creates culturally affirming spaces where Black, Indigenous, and People of Color can connect, reflect, restore, and grow together.

Rooted in community care and trauma-informed facilitation, these gatherings support both immediate well-being and long-term retention.

BIPOC AFFINITY GATHERINGS & SPACES

We create culturally grounded spaces that honor the unique experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in professional settings.

Through ongoing support circles, healing gatherings, and retreats, participants have space to feel seen, heard, supported, and connected.

Available on-site, off-site, or at a private retreat location.
