Our Mission

Village Resiliency provides a landing & launching place for communities seeking to develop and maintain healthy environments that are centered in equity.

We offer guidance, education, and ongoing support as you develop trauma-informed and anti-oppressive environments. Our approach blends trauma-informed principles, antiracist theology, and current trends in neurobiology to support individual and organizational transformation.

Whether you are working within trauma-impacted settings, deepening your commitments to equity, or attending seminars for personal learning, our services will equip you with the vital tools needed to increase your effectiveness while centering wellness.
